Privacy Policy

Current data use

AICLawSkills is currently a static information site. It has no accounts, comments, public submissions, or on-site contact form. Our hosting provider may process standard request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and security or performance logs.

Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and other optional advertising or measurement scripts are currently disabled.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. Basic browser storage may be used only for necessary interface behavior. If optional measurement or advertising is enabled later, this policy and the consent controls will be updated before those tags run where consent is required.

Google advertising

If Google advertising is enabled after account approval, Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, web beacons, and activity data to deliver, measure, personalize where permitted, and protect ads. See how Google uses data from partner sites.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may place or read advertising cookies and use web beacons when advertising is active. Google's advertising cookies may allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this or other websites. Visitors can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings.

Personalized advertising will be requested only when allowed by applicable law and the visitor's consent choice. Selecting non-personalized advertising does not by itself remove consent requirements for cookies, local storage, or personal-data processing where consent is legally required.

Before advertising or optional analytics is activated for visitors in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, AICLawSkills will deploy and verify a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. It will offer accept, reject, and manage-options choices before non-essential processing begins and transmit the resulting consent signals to participating vendors.

When optional processing is active, the persistent Privacy choices control in the footer will reopen the certified consent interface so a visitor can review or withdraw consent. Until the CMP message is published, its consent signals are verified, and the advertising account is approved, optional publisher and analytics tags remain disabled.

External links, retention, and sale

External sites apply their own privacy policies. Hosting and security logs are retained according to the provider's operational settings and legal obligations. AICLawSkills does not sell personal information submitted through this website.

Children and policy changes

This site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Material policy changes will appear on this page with a revised date.
